Education

La Ronge and area, kindergarden to grade twelve educational divisions, include the Northern Lights School Divion #113 and the Lac La Ronge Indian Band Education Department. A wide variety post secondary institutes, programs and university classes are available in La Ronge which are listed below. Elementary & High Schools

Precam Community School - Located in La Ronge is a part of Northern Lights School Division(NLSD). NLSD is a provincial school system serving a predominantly Aboriginal school population located throughout the northern geographical half of Saskatchewan.

Gordon Denny Community School - Located in Air Ronge is a part of Northern Lights School Division(NLSD). NLSD is a provincial school system serving a predominantly Aboriginal school population located throughout the northern geographical half of Saskatchewan.

Churchill High School - Located in La Ronge. Churchill Community High School has a student population of approximately 450 students from grade seven to grade twelve. Thirty of the best teachers in the province provide instruction in a busy and exciting learning environment.

Senator Myles Venne School - A part of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band. Located South of Air Ronge on L.L.R.I.B #156 Far Reserve.

Post Secondary & Training

Northern Apprenticeship Committee - The Northern Apprenticeship Committee is working with you to provide greater opportunities for people in northern Saskatchewan in trades employment and apprenticeship training.

Northlands College - Northlands College provides a full range of programs and services for adult learners throughout the northern half of the province. The College is governed by an 9 member Board of Directors representative of Northern Saskatchewan.

Nortep-Norpac - The University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina cooperate with the NORTEP/NORPAC faculty members to deliver a wide variety of university accredited courses in La Ronge.
