The Cast of ‘RHONY’ Season 14 Announced at BravoCon 2022

A reboot of “Real Housewives of New York City” is officially on the way.

Andy Cohen finally revealed the all-new and diverse cast of season 14 of the long-running series at BravoCon 2022 on Sunday.

Bravo introduces seven “Housewives” to the franchise: creative director Cy de Silva, model and philanthropist Uba Hasan, home renovation educator Irene Dana Lecce, former J. Crew president Gina Lyons, and influencer Lizzie SavitskyJessell Tank, fashion advocate and brand consultant, and Brian Whitfield, brand marketing and communications expert.

The network first announced that it was Restart “RHONY” In March – in addition to releasing a “Legacy” version of the show featuring Big Apple alumni from the original show.

“You know we’re at a crossroads for ‘RHONY,'” Cohen, the executive producer at the time, said, referring to Controversial storylines involving Ramona Singer and other longtime cast members.

“We spent a lot of time figuring out where to go. I think the plan we came up with is a real gift for the fans.”

Cohen also noted that the two shows “will take into account everything our truly enthusiastic audiences have told us over the past year,” which saw ‘RHONY’ ratings are dropping and the Season 13 reunion canceled.

Cohen, 54, shared another update on the future of “RHONY” as BravoCon launches on Friday, telling Page Six exclusively that the reboot took priority over “Legacy.”

“I hope that [fans are] Happy with both. That’s all I can say. The fact of the matter is, we haven’t talked to any of our classic “RHONY” women about “Legacy” yet, the “Watch What Happens Live” host told us.

“We were really waiting for ‘RHONY’ to reboot properly, and we really wanted to tell new stories, and we wanted to capture the energy of NYC, and I’m really happy with where we are.”

Cohen also made a surprising revelation that the show will be “representing the city” and take place outside the affluent Upper East Side.

“It’s spreading all over town, and it’s ambitious,” he explained. “I think it’s legit. We’re definitely expanding outside of the Upper East Side with these women.”
