The event took place at midnight on September 14 at the Jean-Paul-l’Allier estate. Several witnesses later called 911 and reported that a 33-year-old woman had been stabbed.

The police quickly found the victim and the injured on the spot. “The latter reportedly told police that a suspect was on the run and that they had been attacked by him,” SPVQ spokesman David Poitras said.
