J Lo and Ben inspect a house owned by the ex-wife of a famous restaurateur Mr. Zhao. The home is huge – 30,000 square feet – in exclusive Holmby Hills, an enclave of Beef Hills. The price tag – 65 million dollars. The house has 9 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It is filled with art, including 400-year-old Moorish columns.

They also checked out another property nearby, also in Holmby. It’s not officially on the market right now but we’re told the seller wants $75 million. The house is slightly smaller – only 27,816 square feet. Smaller, but it will.

TMZ broke the story… Ben and Jane went into escrow on a massive scale, Bel Air real estate for about 55 million dollars. This home was 20,000, with 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms…large enough for a mixed family and more. It was full of movie theater, gym, etc. They decided it didn’t suit them and walked away from the deal.
