AUSTIN, TX – MMA Junkie was at the scene and gave a live report from a Friday official UFC on ESPN 37 Fighter weights, where all but one fighter on the card hit their marks.

In the main event, Calvin Cuttar (23-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) faces Josh Emmett (17-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) in a featherweight match. The first fighter’s train was the scale in the two-hour window and weighed 146 pounds. Emmett arrived about 20 minutes later and was 145.5 years old to become the tournament official.

In the lightweight joint advantage, Donald Cerrone (36-16 MMA, 23-13 UFC) meets Joe Lauzon (28-15 MMA, 15-12 UFC) in a battle between two UFC majors. The match was postponed from early May after Cerrone fell ill on the day of the fight. Cerrone came in at 155 pounds; The price of Luzon was 154.75.

The only foul came from Tony Kelly (8-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC), who was a heavyweight in his welterweight bout against Adrian Yanez (15-3 MMA, 4-0 UFC) to close out the initial card. Kelly weighed in at 137.5 pounds and will be fined a percentage of his wallet. Yanez weighed in at 135.5.

The weigh-ins were performed at the host UFC hotel in Austin, Texas. The nearby Moody Center is hosting the Saturday Card, which airs on ESPN and streams on ESPN+.
