Earlier this week, we got another look at The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom including a new trailer, new screenshots, and some new information. And it looks like some other stuff has been spotted since then, too.

As highlighted by “Stealth” on Social Media Platform XSome surprises have been discovered in the key art in Japan. This includes a character gliding through the air in the upper left, a snake-like enemy on the right side of the image, and a possible wanted poster featuring Zelda’s face.

The comparison below shows what this Japanese art looks like next to the cropped English version (Spoiler Warning). A larger version of this master art appears on Selected pages from Nintendo’s Japanese website.

In this new game in the Legend of Zelda series, players will take on the role of Princess Zelda as she sets out on an adventure with her mysterious new fairy friend and the Tri Rod to save Link and the land of Hyrule. Players will use the Tri Rod to create echoes (copies of objects, enemies, and other elements within the game environment) and link objects together as well.

This game will be released exclusively on Switch alongside the ‘Hyrule Edition’ Switch Lite in September 26, 2024.
