A Quebec pastor praised his generosity in coming to the aid of several asylum seekers who died in a plane crash in Haiti, just months after his son died in a horrific work crash in Grande Rue de Montreal.

“I can tell you I won the lottery of misfortune,” he said Registration Joey Walsin, son of Archbishop Walsin, was one of six people killed in a small plane crash near Port-au-Prince on Wednesday.

A few months ago, on Christmas Day, his brother Riley Wallace, 22, died in a work accident while clearing snow from a tourist spot on the Grande Ru de Montreal.
One week ago, the Liberal MNA, Paurasa-Chau, Paul Robitail, was honored with the award of the National Assembly Medal awarded posthumously for his diligence. Walsin attended.
Gamaniel Valsin’s relatives praised him.
“He may leave his profession to care for others. I have never met someone as generous as he is,” argues Jean-Fritz Otney, another pastor of the Montreal church where Mr. Walsh worked for 35 years.
He describes him, among others, as an “alien and extraordinarily honest” man.
Ready for everything
Mr. Wallace was also praised for his commitment to coming to Montreal for thousands of asylum seekers in recent years.
Friends Andre, a member of the Action Committee for the Non-Status, says he has often endorsed asylum seekers who want to rent accommodation, except to accompany them in their procedures for border services.

“He was willing to go to the extreme of what he could do to help others,” he says succinctly.
Despite the fact that the double drama “devastated” his family, Joey Walcin had the courage to appear in front of the media on Thursday morning.
“Everyone should remember my father as a great man,” he said quietly. If I can be so strong today it is thanks to him. ⁇

Joey Walcin, the son of Archbishop Walcin, believes his father’s remains are “not respected” because the Quebec pastor is said to have robbed people of the remains of the small device he died on.
Ottawa’s help was requested
He said he did not like what he saw in the videos on social media showing the scene after the crash. According to him, his father’s body was not “respected” because many would have robbed him of what was left of the device.
He later confirmed that his father’s body had been taken to the morgue. Since the precarious situation in Haiti “did not allow him to go there”, he is still asking the federal government to facilitate his return to the country.
Minister Melanie Jolie’s correspondent Adrian Blanchard was pleased with the response. Registration “Representatives of Canada on Global Affairs are in touch with family and local authorities”.
