Penitentiary police received a call about a child wanted by the family. As TVA Nouvelles learned, the toddler attended a family reunion but escaped adulthood.

Neighbors searched the pool, thinking he might have drowned. It is not yet open; It was full of leaves and the water was brown.

At least two of them jumped into the pool to try to find the baby.

“At one point, a neighbor in the ditch saw the baby under the water, but he could not go and rescue him. So at that time, the police had to drown at the bottom of the swimming pool and rescue the baby and hand him over to the paramedics who were already there, “said Bruno Marrier, a police spokesman.

He was taken to St. Justin’s Hospital, where he is still in critical condition.

He spent about 20 minutes in the water, police said. An investigation has been launched to shed light on the incident.
