Coachella has dropped all COVID-19 precautions for Next 2022 edition from the festival. Last fall, Goldenvoice festival organizers announce They won’t need proof of a COVID-19 vaccine to get in, although they still require a negative test done 72 hours in advance. Now they’ve changed their protocols again: negative tests are no longer required, and so are masks.
The same policy applies to Stagecoach Festival, which is also held on the grounds of the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California and operated by Goldenvoice. “As we prepare for a wonderful weekend in the desert together, we announce that there will be no vaccination, testing or masking requirements at Stagecoach 2022, as per local guidelines,” recent tweet Who reads Stagecoach.

However, the festival notes that the protocol may change again “in accordance with the public health conditions in force as of the date of the event”. It also includes a disclaimer: “There is no guarantee, express or implied, that those who attend the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.”
Coachella is scheduled to take place over two weeks from April 15-17 and April 22-24. Stagecoach is set for April 29 through May 1.
