A vehicle linked to one of two homicides in Montreal Tuesday afternoon was recovered by Montreal police Wednesday morning.

A suspicious vehicle was found after Montreal police were called at 10:40 a.m. on Canora Road near Franklin Avenue in Mount-Royal Town, about a kilometer from the Rockland shopping center where the first killing took place.

“According to the investigators, the vehicle corresponds to the suspect’s getaway vehicle,” confirmed Gabriella Youkim, spokeswoman for the Montreal Police Service (SPVM). It is mentioned that he will be sent to the interrogation center for expertise.
