According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), an armed man is roaming the Lac Bouchette sector in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
“If you are in this area, do not approach the subject, lock doors, stay away from windows and leave the area if it is safe to do so,” the SQ pointed out on Twitter.
Andre Paradis of the department, according to police.
“Police officers of the Sûreté du Québec have reason to fear for his health and safety,” the SQ said in a press release.
Man walks on foot. He is 1.75 m (5 ft 9 in) tall and weighs 68 kg (150 lb). He wears a black hoodie, big pants – dark jeans – a dark hat and glasses.
Anyone who sees the suspect is asked to call 911.
