“No error has been proven. The court dismisses the appeal,” the country’s Supreme Court read out today.

This means that Fredette has no chance of escaping the murders of VĂ©ronique Barbe and Yvon Lacasse on September 14, 2017.

On that day, the division with M could not be acceptedMe Barbie, a 46-year-old killer, stabbed her at their home in Saint-Eustache before fleeing with her 6-year-old child.

An amber alarm was triggered, and during the drive, Fred brutally assaulted a 71-year-old motorist in a rest area in Lochut. He then dumped the body in a wooded area before leaving with the vehicle.

He was eventually arrested in Ontario with the child who was unharmed.

He was convicted of double first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole before serving 25 years.

“Ugo Fried will never be as free as these murders commission was before,” Judge Miriam Lachans said.

Consensus discussion

Freddit hoped he could start again. Because, according to him, the judges badly advised how the judges should come to a unanimous verdict.

“The arbitral tribunal does not have to be unanimous in every aspect of all facts and evidence”, the Court of Appeal recalled.

If the Supreme Court does not agree to hear it, Fred has to get used to the harshness of the sentence. While thinking that the crown, led by Ms.e Steve Barbeau is still in the process of doubling the minimum time he has to serve 50 years before returning to the open.
