Ogden: Bayern vs Kane vs Manchester United is the title of the Champions League draw

Mark Ogden breaks down all the Champions League groups after the draw sent Bayern’s Harry Kane back to England to face Manchester United.

Manchester United announced on Friday that it had completed the signing of left-back Sergio Reguilon from Tottenham on a season-long loan.

United were in the market for left-back cover after learning Luke Shaw would be out for several weeks with a thigh injury, while reserve option Tyrell Malasia is also on the sidelines.

He passed his medical on Thursday evening, trained with United on Friday morning and will be available to face Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday.

“In life you have to be prepared for everything, and the opportunity to represent this great club with a rich history is an opportunity I could not refuse,” Reguilon said in a statement.

Reguilon became the second player to arrive at United on Friday before the transfer deadline, alongside Turkish goalkeeper Altay Binder, who joined from Fenerbahce.

He added: “After I spoke with the coach, I know what he needs from me, and I am ready to play my part in helping the team achieve success.”

“I know that I can contribute to Manchester United this season, and I am ready to fight for this group and show my qualities to everyone.”

United’s transfer activity is far from over, with the club working on a deal to bring in Fiorentina midfielder Sofiane Amrabat on loan with a commitment to make it permanent, sources told ESPN.

Sources told ESPN that United were only able to move for Amrabat, 27, after agreeing to move Dean Henderson to Crystal Palace. Henderson joined Palace on Thursday in a deal that could rise to 20 million pounds ($25.4 million).
