Rosenhaus Sports is also instructing draft picks to refuse to take cognitive testing

Multiple agencies are taking a stance against the draft prior cognitive testing.

In response to the news that Athletes First has informed teams that it has instructed its clients to do so Submission refused As for the S2 test and related evaluation techniques, Drew Rosenhaus of Rosenhaus Sports PFT reports that his company has made a similar call for all NFL franchises.

“We informed the teams around the same time I informed A1 that our entry-level customers would not undergo these tests as well,” Rosenhaus said via text message.

Hopefully this is the start of a trend. Teams will be upset. We've already heard that some are, primarily with regard to players selected after the first or second round.

So we say, too bad. These teams put incoming players under a great deal of scrutiny under the guise of a “job interview.” Players have already been doing this job for several years, at no cost to the team's owners. If NFL teams are going to conduct intrusive testing and then leak the information to reporters who will release it without thinking twice about whether they should, agents should certainly tell teams, to use the technical term, to pee on the rope.
