Xbox and PC Game Pass are getting a strong lineup for December 2023

December’s Game Pass game slate looks incredibly strong, with both The rest: ashes And this year’s sequel, Residue 2, is now available to subscribers on Xbox and Windows PC. But if a Soulslike shooter isn’t quite your speed, there are also two fantasy city builders coming to Game Pass in December: Building a Steamworld,City management segment combined with mining exploration ,and Against the stormwhere you will rebuild a diverse civilization in the face of apocalyptic rains.

December’s Game Pass lineup is either a lucky coincidence of a bunch of good games coming to Microsoft’s game subscription service, or an end-of-year offer to get a Game Pass sub this holiday. The rest of the Game Pass games confirmed for December also include heavy hitters like Far Cry 6, Rise of the Tomb Raider (which returns to Game Pass next month), and World War Z: The Aftermatha zombie horde shooter that was received more warmly than the Brad Pitt film it’s based on.
