A fire that started Friday evening at Cascades Paper Bales was accidental in origin, probably due to electrical causes, according to Lt. Yannick Grenier of Kingsey Falls Fire Protection Services.
Cascades crews noticed the start of the fire and called the alarm shortly before 6:30 p.m. “The fire started in the back near the medium voltage power line,” Lt. Grenier said.
