Quebec police are finally asking for the public’s help in finding the thief who has allegedly been plaguing La Cité-Limoilou for weeks.

Quebec City Police Department (SPVQ) spokeswoman Marie-Pierre Rivard confirmed Tuesday morning that Eric Normand was the subject of an arrest warrant.
The 37-year-old man has been linked to more than fifteen break-in cases in the area since early September.
Newspaper He has spoken to many unfortunate victims who receive his “visit” more than once in a short period of time.
The man caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage by trying to break into establishments, taking money from the cash register or leaving as safely as possible.

Eric Normand is approximately 6 feet (1.83 m) tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds (77 kg). He has short brown hair, blue eyes and wears glasses.
