Documents filed in court by law firm Consumer Law Group and consulted by TVA Nouvelles allege he had one victim under the age of 11.

In an affidavit, the woman, whose identity has not been released, said that in 1999, at the age of 11, Mr. Says he met Miller. “It was summer and I was about to finish my 6th year. I was standing with some older guys and they introduced me to a girl named Audrey. She was looking for as many young girls as possible, virgins, to introduce me to a man they called “Bob”. She was at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel. She arranged a meeting with “Bob” and I went with her in the company of my close friend, who is like me (…) When we arrived, “Bob” took us to the lounge and offered us alcoholic drinks. He asked my age, I was 11. Then he kissed us and asked us to suck his tongue (…) He said that he considered us his own daughters and that he would take care of us.

In the document, she described having full-on, unprotected sex with him. In return, he says he received an envelope containing $5,000. Other meetings were similar to the first, she said. She says she watched it 30 times between the ages of 11 and 20.

He says he filed the plea for collective action because there were many psychological implications in his life. According to her, the police wanted to question her in 2009. “They threatened me and told me I was a pimp, like I wasn’t a victim.
