A sadomasochist who forced a partner into a de facto sex slave, beat and humiliated her and forced her to act as a pet has finally pleaded guilty to the charges against him.
“In the future, he warned that it is better to do what he is asked, because it will end badly,” said M.e Jessica Drolet of the Crown, in a Montreal court this Wednesday in Patrick Jacob’s case.
Sitting in the dock, Jacob, 40, kept his head down as the prosecutor described his crimes, which spanned months around the pandemic.
However, when the accused met the victim at a bar, everything seemed to be going well, at least enough for them to have consensual sex. Continuing the association with “BDSM”-type fetish sex games, they even decided that if the girl said the word “ketchup,” Jacob would have to stop because she was no longer consenting.

The problem is that the accused ignored this rule, forcing the woman into violent and degrading sexual practices, which he imposed through threats. At one point, she strangled her until she lost consciousness.
“If I tell you to do something, you do it,” warned Jacob, who delighted in petting the girl, forcing her to drink and eat from bowls on the floor.
As if that wasn’t enough, he took pictures of her in a low position and then shared the pictures with other men on the internet. She was punched and kicked, while the accused was wearing steel-toed shoes.

Jacob not only raped her but also stole from her.
“She should empty her bank account and then give her money to the accused,” the Crown said. He used large amounts of crack cocaine on a daily basis.
The girl, who was under the total influence of the rapist, nevertheless broke off the relationship with him.
“She realizes that demonstrations of love [au début] was for the sole purpose of luring and manipulating her,” the summary of facts said.
He later filed a complaint, so Jacob was arrested and charged. Instead of facing a further trial, he was also found guilty of sexual assault causing injury, administering drugs to a victim, sharing intimate images without consent, making threats and fraud.
Jacob, who is in custody, will return to court in March for sentencing observations.
