Businessman Vincent Guzzo was the victim of criminal harassment

Businessman Vincent Guzzo faces criminal justice. He was charged with harassment and non-compliance with conditions, our investigation office and QUB Radio have learned.

The 54-year-old big boss of Kuzzo Cinemas was formally charged with two offenses in a Montreal court on Sunday. He is innocent.

He was then held in custody from Sunday to Monday, before being released on Monday, this time during another appearance in a Laval court.

According to our information, between November 2022 and June 23, the alleged acts took place in a marital context. Derbon police investigated the matter.

The alleged criminal harassment charge against Guzzo carries a maximum sentence of ten years in prison if convicted.

When he was released, the court specifically prohibited him from contacting the alleged victim, whose identity was blocked by a publication ban.
